Left Ramsgate with motor Launch with 3 naval ratings on board in Tow. Nearing French Coast, passed D.16 Destroyer Damaged and in Tow. Off Port Hand Destroyers in Action with shore batteries, one warned away 30 proceeded in company to Dunkirk Roads, picked Taken up rescue, slipped motor boat who got under own power. Tug 0.9 damaged started sinking. Air attack commenced when going to partially disabled motor cabin cruiser Bonnie Heather. Vessels H.M.S. Brighton Queen, S.S. Scotia, and another, and from Air bombing. Vessela hit and sinking, proceeded to resoue. in Tow, proceeding ahead through vessels being heavily attacked British arriving survivers, on ace was again bombed and machine gunned, with were slipped motor boar and rescued 75 French warned away by French Destroyer.
