A note about image and OCR quality

I chose hin as one of my first hoices as volunteer for Capt. Selby's operation. When I was at Tewhaven to assist operation cycle, he appeared there to offer his services which I readily accepted. He is the only gentleman, so far is I know, who took part in all 3 operations. Unfortunately he was severely wounded in the last one and is now in Brighton Hospital. I have given particulars and his address to N.A. 2 Selie, and I give his iddress below, but I consider he should be given & Commission as Lieutenant, R.N.V.R. at once if my recommending this is not going eyond my scope.
