In connection with the Dunkirk Evacuation the attached particulars of the men and craft who actually reached
Dunkirk from the Dartmouth area diseforwarded for information and for consideration in the event of any recognition and/or remuneration being made.
(2) It is proposed to send the following letter of appreciation and thanks to those who also made the attempt but were, for various reasons, turned back before reaching the scene of action.
