(b) "Sceneshifter" Agreed to confirm verbal offer of £850. (c) "Brywyn" Agreed to wait reply to letter of 5.11.40 and generally to adopt the principle that owner must prove his claim. (d) "Rosabelle" Agreed to arrange for Mr. Wimpenny (Fisheries Officer) to contact the owner and explain Department's position and without committing Department, unless it were apparent that claimant would accept, offer settlement of £100. (e) "Moss Rose" Agreed to ask Mr.Wimpenny to obtain a comparison of the Deal Boats lost. (f) "Mare Nostrum" Agreed to inform owner that the Department is not satisfied that evidence has been produced to show that the articles covered by the claim were on board. 3. Report of payments for period ending 5th November amounting to £4,074.7.2a was presented and passed. 4.
