You are authorised to obtain supplies of Disnel oil, paraffin oil or other petroleum fuel odlo for the purpose of fuelling vessels to be used for urgent Government service.
The use of these vessels has been called for by the Principal
Officer, Southampton, under the powern dedicated to him to requisition craft for urgent Government service and the goodwodll and assistance of the Owners is hereby requested.
