A note about image and OCR quality

Every reasonable effort has been made to present these document images as flat, straight and accurately cropped as possible. We also enclose copy of our letter to you of the 7th June last. We would add that copies of these reports were furnished to the Principal Sea Transport Officerat Dover at his request in a letter dated 5th June last.
