A note about image and OCR quality

Every reasonable effort has been made to present these document images as flat, straight and accurately cropped as possible. Mee, is not a Office 6921 fo (4 lines) NI Navigator. Consequently we arranged for Captain B. Mastin, an employee of Towage 5325 Sur Office (2 lines) SU Wm. Watkins Ltd. to take over the command. It appears however that City Office: SU Mee remained in his tug, acting in MANSION HOUSE 4. SUI GRAVESEND 66, 19 effect as Towing Master, while Mastin acted as Navigating Master.
