Stoker Ernest Baker, T.124. Showed great zeal and initiative apart from his ordinary work in volunteering for boatwork in which he was thereafter employed. Further, he took charge of the loaned motor-boat. Recommended for mention. Signalman Ernest Savidge, R.N.V.R. Did very valuable work as a volunteer in boat's crew. Although crushed and badly bruised between two boats he continued his work with a cheerfulness and total disregard for his own comfort. Recommended for mention.
