A note about image and OCR quality

Every reasonable effort has been made to present these document images as flat, straight and accurately cropped as possible. There is no entry in the special Dynamo register concerning the report rendered by the Senior Examination Officer Fleetwood, so we think it failed to arrive. I referred the paper to Naval Officer in Charge Ramsgate who has made enquiries but regrets that no information is available concerning the recommendations for the Fleetwood Trawlers mentioned.
