A note about image and OCR quality

Also by our rating BROWN, My Engineer,.COGGINS, is a wisard, he put the engines of literally dozens of other boats to rights, he should have a SHORE Job. As regards Mr.HUMPHRIES I cannot recommend his continuance in the Service, he is physically unfit. Finally I would like to say how proud we all are to have been given this opportunity of paaying a very small part in these splendid operations. It is a thing I for one will never forget.
