Harbour Master, we returned to Ramsgate by lorry.
I would like to dra your attention to the excellent coxing and seamanship displayed by Sublicutenant Pool, who had no previous experience of bosts of the "Malborough's"

type, yet who manoevered her under exceedingly difficult and exiting conditions in confined waters strewn with debris, much of which, though harmless to the other launches, meant certain destruction to the vunerable underwater fittings of the
N1940
hydroplane. His task was made particularly difficult by the fact that these boats have a minimum speed of eight knots under power.
