Item 5. 1.
Shield of 1/2" D.1. quality heat treated steel of 0.5" Mk.III Mounting has been designed but requires modification to accommodate 300 knot sight.
2.
Approximate weight will be under 400 lbs.
3.
In view of D.N.C. 's minute, a decision should be obtained immediately as to whether this additional weight can be accepted or whether a reduction in thickness will be necessary, in order not to delay manufacture.
4.
This point is being taken up with D.N.C.
