Dear Jarrett,
On the original of the attached telegram,
No.115 EMPAX, the Prime Minister has minuted: "War
Office to set forth the correct facts per contra".
Following this minute we have had prepared the attached note on the Dunkirk evacuation, which could be used as a dementi of the Morocco telegram.
As the Admiralty are very much concerned de with this business, I should be grateful if you would it get your people to agree to our note before 10 send it over for the Prime Minister's information, or alternatively to let us know how they would like it ader ving
