is considered that Mr. H.P. Boyce, Master of Hopper with reference to C.P.G.O. 1700, paragraph 8, it
Barge W.24, is northy of special commendation for his services on this occasion. Hopper Barge 11.24 made three trips to Dunkirk and evacuated 1,060 troops.
A Naval officer detailed by the Courander-in-Chief was in charge of Hopper Barge V.24.
