Dear Lieut. Luard,
Thank you very much indeed for your letter, which I will put before the Committee.
I think it was Mr. Casswell who wrote to you. He is J.D. Casswell Esq. K.C. of 110 Ridgway,
Wimbledon, S.W.19 and perhaps you would like to communicate with him. Actually he wrote on
Sept. 5th saying he was completing his MS for submission to his Publishers and asking if I had any more details for him. I then suggested he might write to you again.
