Minutes of Meeting held on 7th August were agreed. 2. Matters arising were discussed: (a) "IOTE": Agreed to a final offer of £1,500 in full settlement. (a) "BEVERLEY": Agreed, that in view of the fact that the joint owners are acting independently of each other they should be informed that it is proposed to take no further action in the case until they appoint one person to have full powers to negotiate with the department on their joint behalf. 3. Report of payments for week ended 13th August, amounting to £256. 18. 1., was presented and passed. 4. The following cases were discussed:- 1. TOTAL LOSS. (a) "ALBATROSS": Agreed to make a first and final offer of £225 in full settlement. (b) "ALOHA-OE": Agreed to offer £250 in full settlement. 11. REPAIRS.
