Minutes of Meeting held on 31st July were agreed. 2. Matters arising were discussed. (a) "Britannic": New evidence was considered and it was agreed to offer the owner (Mr. Budd) £375 in full and final settlement of all his claims. (b) "Pote": Agreed to make a formal offer of £1,350 in full and final settlement. (c) "Count Dracula": Agreed to offer £250 in full and final settlement of all claims of the owner, leaving him to liquidate any outstanding charges arising from any delay in arriving at a settlement. (a) "Viewfinder": Agreed to approach the owner and arrange settlement up to £950. (e) "Beverley": Agreed to offer £500 in full and final settlement of all claims.
