A note about image and OCR quality

(c) "Count Dracula": Agreed to offer £250 in full and final settlement of all claims of the owner, leaving him to liquidate any outstanding charges arising from any delay in arriving at a settlement. (a) "Viewfinder": Agreed to approach the owner and arrange settlement up to £950. (e) "Beverley": Agreed to offer £500 in full and final settlement of all claims. (f) "Elvin": Agreed to pay for wages as claimed plus 2½% agency fee. 3. Report of Payments for week ended 6th August amounting to £3,116.17.4₫. was presented and passed. 4.
