evacuation of the B.E.F. from Dunkirk, in order that it may be preserved as a permanent record of the gallantry and devotion which were displayed during the operations. For the purpose of such a record it is essential to include such original matter 19th September, 1940.

It would be greatly appreciated therefore if you would be good enough to forward to this department Van
