Launches, Fishing vessels and other miscellaneous small craft for Admiralty special service it is most essential that all officer copies of Agreements whether T.124, ENG.6, local made Agreements (it is believed that in some case men are serving and may have become casualties without T.124.
agreement being regularly completed) and/or any crew lists should be forwarded at once to the Registrar General

of Shipping & Seamen together with any particulars of next of kin that may be available, in order to facilitate casualty procedure and settlement of accounts of survivors.
Any claims for loss of effects in accordance with the regulations should be sent to Secretary of Admiralty (N.L.
Branch) Rex House, Lower Regent Street, S.W.E. &
similar message is being sent to local Registrars.
