A note about image and OCR quality

Every reasonable effort has been made to present these document images as flat, straight and accurately cropped as possible. (T. 124 agreement). I recommend them for recognition. I fully endorse (E) the remarks of the Commodorein-Charge, 2. Sheerness, in Minute III and I strongly recommend that the services of Commander Cordeaux should be recognised by the immediate award of a high he honour. Apart from his courage, energy and high powers of leadership I have no doubt he made full use of his qualifications as a Doctor.
