Vice-Admiral, Dover.
In the first category I would place:-
Skipper William Henry Pollock
Second Hand Thomas H. Christian, R.N.R. LT/HO.
Seaman William Bullen, R.N.R. LT/HO.
all of H.M. Drifter "LORD HOWE", and submit that their gallantry may be suitably rewarded.
In the second category I would place Lieutenant
C.V. Branmall, R.N.R., of H.M.S. "GULZAR", and submit that the enclosed despatch on his services may be officially recorded.
