A note about image and OCR quality

Master and crew volunteered for service to Dunkirk and for three days did excellent work off the coast, not only with the yacht itself but by directing the activities of many open boats and giving assistance to vessels in distress. Was present during the worst two days of air raids. Recommendations. Master, Mr. George B. Butler. Handled his vessel with conspicuous judgment. Recommended for mention.
