A note about image and OCR quality

Every reasonable effort has been made to present these document images as flat, straight and accurately cropped as possible. I referred the paper to Naval Officer in Charge Ramsgate who has made enquiries but regrets that no information is available concerning the recommendations for the Fleetwood Trawlers mentioned.
