With reference to Admiralty Letter M. 3422/40
nd of 8th August, 1940, the attached recommendations for to
Decoration and for Mention in Despatches are forwarded for the consideration of Their Lordships, based on the submission of the Naval Officer in Charge, Dartmouth,
No. 503/45B of the 6th July, 1940, and Commander in Chief,
Western Approaches' No.3421/M.909 of the 14th July, 1940.
2.
It is recommended that these names should be incorporated in List "A" of the list of recommendations for Operation "Dynamo" (Dover Despatch No.A/14/0/1015/40
of 5th July, 1940).
