PHASE (1) has already been implemented and is proceeding according to "Dynamo" Hovement Instructions Q(LI) 2.a/43 Nos. 1 & 2, of 25/4/40 and 27/5/40 respectively. 3. PHASE (2) (i) G.H.Q. personnel to re-assemble in LONDON AREA.
