INSTRUCTIONS CONCERNING THE ACCO ODATION AND DISPOSAL
OF PERSONNEL EVACUATED FROM THE B.E.F.
1.
The Plan falls into three Phases:-
Phase (1) The receeption of personnel according to
"Dynamo" 'lan and their indiscriminate allocation to
Reception Areas already specified, namely:-
Aldershot Command
30,000
Southern Command
150,000
Western Command
80,000
Northern Command
40,000
Phase (2) The re-distribution of:-
(a) Divisional Troops to selected new Divisional
Areas.
(b) Corps and G.H.Q. Troops by arms to various
"Re-organisation Centres":
Phase (3) The final re-distribution of Corps and G.H.Q.
Troops from "Re-organisation Centres" to new Corps Areas.
2. PHASE (1) has already been implemented and is proceeding according to "Dynamo" Hovement Instructions Q(Ii)2.a/43 Nos. 1 & 2, of 25/4/40 and 27/5/40 respectively.

3. PHASE (2) (i) G.H.Q. personnel to re-assemble in LONDON AREA.
(ii) Divisional Troops will be sent from their Reception
Areas to their Divisional Areas, which are allocated by Commands as follows:-
NORTHERN COMMAND.

Yorkshire Administrative
Area LEEDS and SHEFFIELD.
2 Division
Yorkshire Administrative
Area BRADFORD, HALIFAX,
HUDDERSFIELD.
